Product principle
The YH-XJ fire pump automatic inspection control equipment adopts PLC programmable control technology, which is an intelligent control device for patrol inspection of fire pumps. When in non fire state, the fire automatic inspection control equipment performs automatic inspection operation on the fire pump. The automatic inspection cycle can be adjusted from a few hours to hundreds of hours. The cycle clock automatically starts the inspection program and has manual inspection function. During the inspection, the inspection equipment will check and confirm that the main circuit of the fire control cabinet is normal. Then, it will drive the fire pumps at low speed one by one, and the driving power is very small, so the energy-saving effect is achieved. If a fire operation signal is received during the inspection, the inspection equipment will immediately interrupt the inspection operation, and the control equipment will drive the fire pump to enter the fire operation state with power frequency. Only when the next inspection cycle arrives and there is no fire command, will a new inspection operation begin. During the inspection process, if the water pump malfunctions, a fault alarm message will be issued. When there is input overvoltage, undervoltage, power phase loss, phase error, output overcurrent, or short circuit, the inspection equipment will issue an alarm message. The results of this automatic inspection can ensure that the water pump will not rust or die, and can be put into normal operation in the event of a fire.

The patrol inspection of the fire water pump adopts low-frequency and low-speed operation, with low power consumption during inspection, and will not increase the pressure of the water supply network or mechanical wear of the pump.
Upon receiving a fire command, it will automatically shut down within 0.5 seconds and switch to the power frequency circuit to ensure the normal operation of the fire pump in case of a fire.
During automatic inspection, the electrical components of the main circuit of the electrical control equipment can be tested to ensure the reliable operation of the electrical control equipment.
The status and operation process of the water pump during operation are displayed by LED and LCD, and the touch screen can set and operate its working status.
