Product Introduction:
Yunhai Zhicheng Electric Intelligent Uninterruptible Power Supply System (ISPS) is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly uninterruptible power supply system. This product effectively solves the technical problem of long EPS conversion time (about 5 seconds) for emergency power supply, and also solves the practical problems of low efficiency, low load rate, and poor environmental adaptability of traditional UPS. It avoids the fire hazard problem caused by the accumulation of a large amount of heat due to long-term online operation of traditional UPS, and provides a truly green, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and efficient power supply product for the market. The ISPS power system is an energy-saving uninterruptible power supply that operates in a non online mode. Under normal conditions of the power grid, directly output the city grid power supply. When the power grid is abnormal, switch to online operation mode and output the processed city grid power supply. When the power grid returns to normal, restore the city grid power supply. In the event of a power outage due to unforeseen circumstances, output emergency power supply. This type of uninterruptible power supply operates in energy-saving mode for a long time and does not require contactless switches (static switches) to work online. It can achieve high efficiency, environmental protection, eliminate thermal hazards, and extend its lifespan. It has significant advantages over the current popular uninterruptible power supplies (traditional UPS and EPS) in the domestic and international markets.
Surveillance, Communication, and Alarm
The front of the cabinet is equipped with a touch screen LCD analog display panel (1) that displays various parameters of the main components and working status of the ISPS system, including display, parameter settings, and operation control. The main page displays the real-time working status of the entire machine through a flow chart. The self checking, protection, and alarm system should monitor and protect the entire EPS system. The whole machine adopts a touch screen for convenient information retrieval, with no less than 10000 fault information queries;
ISPS needs to be equipped with RS485 communication interface, and the communication protocol is MODBUS.
The host can collect the operating status of ATS, branch switches, and individual battery equipment, output them uniformly by the host, and display relevant equipment information on the display screen. Only one hardware interface is required for the BAS system. All communication adopts RS485 interface and Modbus protocol.
