PC level: ATSE capable of connecting, carrying, but not used for breaking short-circuit currents. Its main body is the load (isolation) switch, which is an electromechanical integrated switchgear, and the conversion mechanism is driven by a motor or excitation. CB level: ATSE equipped with overcurrent release, whose main contact can be connected and used to break short-circuit current. Equipped with mechanical interlocking devices for circuit breakers (miniature circuit breakers or molded case circuit breakers). The controller is mainly used to detect the working condition of the monitored power supply (two channels). When the monitored power supply fails (such as any phase loss, undervoltage, voltage loss, or frequency deviation), the controller issues an action command, and the switch body automatically switches from one power supply to another with the load.
